I am now in the process of adding names. I am hand stamping the names on copper. I almost feel names are secondary* to everything on the genogram. After they are all in place I will darken in the letters so they contrast against the copper and will then be easier to read. There is something symbolic about this picture:
I do like the look of another layer.
More colors and some photos to come soon.... A lot of things on here are still subject to change. I mean that in an artistic sense, but I guess it is also literal.
*The names are important to me. I'm just saying that if you were a person studying a foreign piece of art you would likely not remember names and instead you would remember relationship, lines, shape, etc. (And here I'd like to just point out, again, the similar vocabulary between art and systems therapy. Serendipity or Design?)
