The light will be diffused, the water level will be higher and the mandala image will be framed---
but we saw enough tonight to know the vision will carry!

I guess I should mention that for this show, I am painting/making 10 interactive mandala slides which (projected onto water---this is Kylie's brainchild part of the art) tell the story of perpetuating secrets (my philosophy on the title of the show/paintbrush), encouraging viewers to consider their own role in said story. Now I just have to get the cardboard frames made and the box in which the slides will keep.

Everything in the show is projected or interactive. It's going to be amazing!!! My friend Kylie is the curator and new friend Lisa is the gallery director who will also have art in the show (both are pictured above). Here are the other artists involved:

You look pretty in the photo. It reminds me of a mother looking with love into a crib. I guess that's kind-of accurate, huh? :-)
