bodysnatchers
40 bucks.
i can't explain it. i just love the song, so i bought the tshirt. of course it has special meaning to me...and it doesn't have anything to do with aliens. i thought about posting the lyrics but then thought it might give some of you guys nightmares. there's a line in there that might overshadow the symbollic meaning i've found in the song...and i wouldn't want that to happen.
i thought it was nicer than the tshirt that had the 15step lyric, "You used to be alright...what happened?"
the back of the t has the same words only they are written backwards (which is great for when you forget what the front side of your tshirt says while you are looking at your backside in the mirror). this shirt had more writing on the inside of it than it did on the outside. it's made from plastic bottle tops. the inside of the shirt explains (in about 4 paragraphs) exactly how it was made.
they collected the bottle tops at the concert concessions, so my rebel husband purchased a capless beer. he has a problem with green-police-authority.
i didn't buy a concert tshirt last time we saw them so i justified the purchase. plenty of people there voiced how much they thought the tshirts sucked. hope you like it, because i'll probably wear it out.

I'm impressed that you can make out all the lyrics to the Radiohead songs! I have a hard time figuring them out. I just kind of hum to 15 steps until I catch a word here and there.
Love the shirt!
Thanks so much for coming to Belle's gallery show last night. I know it meant a lot to her.
Actually, I feel like that t-shirt some days--repurposed but desperate. If you hadn't pointed it out, though, I probably would never have read the shirt since I don't really bother to anymore. I guess I have a problem with the slogan police. You know: sign, sign, everywhere a sign. Meh.
Screen printed philosophy, baby. It's cheaper in bulk. ;)
