I recently spotted these two tables in the basement of the church
my church now meets in. Given their patina-metal tops, I was immediately taken with them. Then I got the idea that I might be able to use them for display at The Red Barn Outdoor Market. It turns out instead of just borrowing or renting them I was actually able to buy them. Here is how they look today. Next time you see them they should look sparkly clean!

Some poor, kinesthetic child got bored one day. These tiny pencil (?) holes go all the way around the table.
I'm sure he paid enough for it that if I were to putty over them he might come back and haunt me.
Oh well, I kinda like 'em...and I bet I'd have liked the kid, too. | |

This one has a fabulous blue enamel border and the wood is painted the faintest yellow. |
