A few touch ups and I can rest.

Chronic/Calm

I began this painting just over a year ago. If there has ever been a painting about trusting this process, it's this one. A lot of anxiety rides on this canvas...but so does the calm. I added the blue today because I needed the calm I gained while painting it to show up in the final image.

There is birth here. There is blood. There is movement. There is growth. There is polarity. Even so, there is a steady, blue line that dominates throughout. There is life.
