I just went to buy more saw blades and I found out my friend Jim Pracht passed away three days ago. I had been thinking about him, thinking I should go check up on him. I just had a feeling things were not okay.
I will miss talking with him, learning about whatever project he is working on, hearing about how and when he purchased certain stones, etc.
Rest in peace, friend. I'm glad you get to be with your parents again. Relish those streets of gold---and all the gemstones, fire and light. Someday I'll take a walk up there with you.
