Meine Familie/Finished Genogram Project

Here we are in all our glory and complexity. I love my family more today because of what I learned from this project. Now to run the final copy of my paper....

My paternal grandmother and her family (She was the eldest of 5 children.):

My maternal grandmother and her family (Look at my great-grandfather's life span. What a time of discoveries he lived through!):

My maternal grandfather and his family (His mother died when he was only 2.):

My paternal grandfather and his family (The only boy and born 11 yrs after his sister.):

My mom and her family (Lucky for me, everyone kept going after her brother's early death.):

My dad and his family (One aunt got a tiara, the other a crown that says "listener". Lots of gatekeepers here.):

My brother and his family (Don't you think they should have had at least 10 more babies?!?!):

Me and Mine (Two of the three color photos on the canvas.):

Aaaamazing!! And I just spent way too long looking at it. (I did notice one more small typo--you spelled Keith, Kieth.) We do make adorable babies, don't we? ;)

Also, I need the definition of "gatekeepers" again. Love all the pics!! (OMG my babies look so much alike!!)

I love it. The picture of Grandma Jost keeps melting my heart. She looks so beautiful.

Wow Melanie. I really need to see this in person. Maybe after Erin gets home next Mon. she can drive me by and we can both look at it! I also need the definition of gatekeeper and have some other questions but won't ask them here!
Love you lots

This is an absolute masterpiece in both art and an intergenerational/Bowen sort of way :)

Beautiful family tree. They are family treasures and I can imagine the canvases fun for all to create, whether adult or children.
